Do you still have a milkman?

Postby wendy » 13 Aug 2015, 14:38

I don't but I am thinking of it for the winter time, they sell bread and all sorts of things which you can order on line up to 7pm the night before.
My daughter has a milk man but only gets 3 pints a week.
I think it may be a good idea for me being on my own.

We haven't had a milkman for 30 years, we don't use much.

I have signed up to have 2 pints delivered every week and I also bought 6 eggs for next week.
It is just like a superstore shopping as they sell all sorts.

You can cancel or buy something until 9 pm the night before delivery
This would have been useful for me when I was poorly.

Did you know there is no delivery charge?
and it is my small way of helping the farmer instead of buying cheap milk from the supermarket.
