Dumplings

Postby wendy » 26 Apr 2015, 08:57

A man may build a complicated piece of mechanism, or pilot a steamboat, but not more than five out of ten know how the apple got into the dumpling. ....

Dumplings are so diverse they are more of a technique or a style
of cooking than a dish. Anything that fits inside dumpling dough, or whatever can be broken up to blend with a batter, can be a part of the world of dumplings. .

Now anything you want to say about dumplings?
