They are behaving dreadfully.

They say they are informing motorists but i have never had any letters from them. You would thing a leaflet would go out to all car owners if they want to drastically change their policies. We seem to get enough useless post come through so why not something of importance lke this.

I knew this before it came into force, there was enough publicity about the road tax would be cancelled when ownership changed.

we posted about these changes in the forum and in our newspaper.
it seems that we are the lucky ones and other people were not aware.
