What's the strangest thing you've ever eaten?

I am not very adventurous so I reckon the strangest thing would be octopus.
We used to eat rabbit when I was a child.

I have eaten Octopus but didn't like it.
I refused to eat Rabbit when I was a child and still would.

Going back to when I was at junior school, we had a trainee teacher who decided we ought to learn more about other countries - we all had to learn about Japan, and then we picked a country that we wanted to learn about.

He got a load of Japanese things in from kimonos to food .. I ate a millet cake as I wondered what millet tasted like to my budgie ! lol The ony think that didn't get opened and eaten was a tin of squid .. we all had visions of opening the tin and a tentacle coming and grabbing us !

Having said that, I went in Iceland last week and they had ostrich and crocodile and kangaroo !

The thought of eating Squirrel makes me feel sick.

Just seen that on Look East, not really my cup of tea so to speak, I like watching them too much
