When your pc equipment goes wrong

Postby wendy » 08 Feb 2015, 11:15

I am very lucky having my son to look at my laptop when it goes wrong.
But I think people are put off the internet by the cost when something goes wrong, or the complications on the internet.
What do you think?

We are lucky we can sort most problems out with our computers/Internet but I know many cannot, the same with learning to use a computer not everyone have a friend or relative to show them the way.

I haven't a clue what to do when I have a malfunction & no-one to turn to, however, I have used Aidis Trust a few times, a free service for disabled and carers& they are very good
