Public 'confused' over state pension changes

Many people are still confused about changes to the state pension, which come into force next week, the consumer group Which? has warned.

I am not surprised that people are confused when they haven't even got the website up and running beforehand - at least people could have checked on there ..at least they could if they had a computer and knew how to use it .. not everyone has. Wonder if they will have a telephone helpline - bet that will be an 0845 number where they have to pay extra?
