The way that hospital food is being served is being given a radical makeover at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

What a great idea, the restaurant food is far better than the rubbish they serve on the trolly.

Cynic that I am, those who can get there will get decent food, those who can't have to make do ... those who need help get "cold" hot food, those who are last to be served have to make do with what is left i.e. what nobody else wants as it looks so unappetising.

The most inedible thing I have ever been offered as a patient was a dried up beef burger and shrivelled up chips - quite frankly I wouldn't have soled my shoe with the beefburger let alone eaten it.
