In delivering his third Budget in 12 months, you might think George Osborne had little left to change that would affect your finances. You'd be wrong.

I am glad that I dont smoke.
I am glad I don't drink sugary drinks.
It is good that petrol will not be going up because if it does then everything goes up.

I am glad that it doesn't concern me what they drink.
A bit concerned about insurance going up but mine has just been renewed so it will be a year before I see an increase.( I think)
