need some recipe ideas please for mum on liquid diet

I would be grateful for any recipes which are nutritious , tasty and no thicker than custard or soft mashed potato please.
Mum fed up of liquidised stews/ soups, mashed potato with sloppy mince etc.
Mum has swallowing difficulties now.
