I have heard tonight that all the libraries in Hereford have been closed.
I think this is terrible unless they are not being used and we dont know.

Lots of libraries have closed in Lancs, we lost 2 in Burnley

Some of the libraries in Gateshead are now manned by volunteers, to keep them open.
