Are you a carer, friend or family member of someone with a bipolar diagnosis? Would you like more support, advice and information?

Carer ServicesBipolar UK offer a Carer Link Mentoring Service provided by volunteer mentors who have who have first-hand experience of living with someone with bipolar.

This service is available to family, friends and carers of a person with a bipolar diagnosis. The mentoring sessions happen on a regular basis via telephone and aim to provide support, advice and practical information.

I met two people with the illness.
