some people send me downright rude emails which makes me appreciate all the kindness you members share with me and with one another. Your kindness keeps me going.

There is no need to be rude, the world is in a poor state today.

I cannot understand what people get from being rude, it stops people from helping them. Life is to short and to hard to be horrible to people.

Does anyone else find the way people talk to each other very rude then they say its just "banter"? Sticking that at the end of your sentence doesn't not mean you are funny or polite!
