MIND -How to cope as a Carer

Postby chenrezig » 08 Jun 2015, 17:49

Found this very useful little booklet from MIND today at my library ...

"How to cope as a Carer"

"This booklet is for you if you are supporting a friend or relative and want to know how to look after your own mental health. It offers advice on how to look after yourself and where to get further support."

Using the link, you can download it as a PDF document, or order a hard copy.

I will read this. Maybe this should be handed out to all new carers. I certainly wasn't aware how I would be affected by caring
