Why oh why?

I hear grown men nearly weeping and women worn out from their caring duties.
Why, oh why do the agencies say they will do something but then never phone back.
Professional people are left feeling as if they are a bother by contacting these 'busy' people.
This has gone on for years and years, and nothing has changed.
I heard it all from people who have now lost their loved ones, and yet the stories are still the same today.
It breaks my heart, something is very wrong, the money is often allocated but something stops it getting through to the family carer who saves the country billions and should be applauded rather than made to feel as if they are begging.

Sorry, but this is my rant today.

I think this is why some family carers decline from accepting any help, trying to get help or funding is a mine field and very time consuming.
