The World Health Organisation has warned that diseases like Spanish Flu, legionnaire's disease and German measles could be offensive

With Ebola still raging in West Africa, a humanitarian health crisis in Syria and still no cure for malaria and HIV, the World Health Organisation (WHO) has its plate full.

But despite its myriad challenges, the WHO's experts have found time to ban disease names like German measles - because names which single out whole countries could be offensive.

That is ridiculous, who cares about the name of a disease.

They will be saying next chicken pox is offensive to chickens.

How ridiculous!

They will spend millions renaming and reproducing literature with the new name!

The world has really gone ,ad. Have they actually asked every German or Spaniard?
