I love yoga and plates.
I always feel the benefit when i am motivated to do it!

I did yoga years ago, it does help to keep you supple. I have been doing Pilates for around 18 months now, recommended by my physio for my hypermobility problems, I really enjoy it

I have done yoga for years, the first time was in the 70's
The hospital suggested it at the pain clinic several years ago.
Now I tend to only do the breathing exercises.
