Bill's melanoma diagnosis has taught me we should never be complacent about sun damage, as he is dark skinned, has always tanned easily, never ever been burnt, & not a sunbather

A boom in cheap package holidays in the 1960s is partly behind the "worrying rise" in skin cancers in pensioners, Cancer Research UK suggests.

I have never been been a sunbather but my friend is and would often fall asleep. She has had two cysts removed from her face which were cancerous. Everyone needs to be careful and keep protected.

I tan quite easily but I always use a good sun factor even when I'm gardening in. the summer
