Obese could lose benefits if they refuse treatment - PM

People who cannot work because they are obese or have alcohol or drug problems could have their sickness benefits cut if they refuse treatment, the PM says.

I am not sure about this, I think it will put more people on the streets.
Yes, it makes good sense, but also at the same time a bit like big brother.
We do not live in a perfect world.

Many medical conditions and some medication can cause obesity and swelling of the body.
They will have to get this right.
