It is awful how people aren't shown properly how to use these.
If we go to someone with difficulty in breathing we ask them to use what ever device they have and see as so many use it wrong. it is the same with GTN spray. One paramedic discovered why it wasn't working as the patient was spraying it directly on the chest!
