Betty's At York

Postby Rosalind » 11 Nov 2014, 22:57

Had a day trip to York with my friend Ann on Tuesday 28th October, we went by train and had our lunch at Betty's. The weather was great, it was so warm we had to take our coats off. We had a look at the market and a visited the Shambles, later we had tea and cake and sat outside to have it, as it was still so warm.

It looks a great place. My daughter has been to it, and I remember Annie and I think Miss Pears have been.
It would be so nice if we could all go one day.
thank you for sharing with us. I loved the photo.

I love Bettys, there is also one in Ilkley and Harrogate. Yasuyo & I usually call in the Harrogate one when we go to the Knit & Stitch Show. I adore their little fat rascals - mmhhh!!!!
