Use to have O2 Internet

we use to have O2 Internet and they sold out to sky,we never had any trouble when it was O2 Internet,but sky seems to be going off frequent

These amalgamations are rarely a good thing. I have been with Orange ever since I got  a mobile phone & never ever had trouble with connections, then they joined EE, better reception we were told & more masts. In reality, I can't get a signal several times a day & that is just at home!!!
