incidentally, when in the shopping centre a couple of years ago and waiting in line for the disabled toilet with my daughter,  a passing aquaintance  told me that there was a great disabled toilet in a local big name bookies. there is never anyone waiting to use it and it has lots of space. I do put a 1 pound bet on the irish lotto while in there, haven't won anything yet but don't care as it is such a help when the toilet is needed quickly.
and, the staff are lovely and helpful, and the punters always offer to help with opening  the doors for us.
they don't seem aware that the bookies has a button on the wall that will automatically open the doors for disabled people , I don't point it out as they are being helpful and I am grateful to them.
just thought  this might be of some use.
