Right I am going to get this off my chest!!! This is a real bug bear for me.

TO THE BBC DIRECTOR GENERAL...................................

WHY ARE WE STILL PAYING A LICENSE FEE WHEN WE PAY FOR SKY AND OTHER PROVIDERS AND END UP PAYING TWICE TO WATCH REPEATS THAT ARE ALL THE BBC SEEM TO PLAY!!!!!!!

IT HAS HAD IT'S DAY. IT IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND IS A DISGRACE!!!
