Overview -asking for your view

The Patient Transport Service is for patients who are unable to get to their appointments because they have a medical need for special transport. A new company will be providing this service in the future. They are called ERS Medical.

We want to make sure that people know about this service and how they can use it if they need to. ERS Medical have developed some leaflets about the service. We'd like to know what you think of them, and whether they make it clear who can and can't use the service. We will use your comments to amend the leaflets and other materials.
