A friend phoned me, and I phoned Radio Norfolk and within 5 minutes I was on the radio.

thanks so much, I had no warning, there I was busy doing our daily paper, and then I got the phone call.  When I phoned the radio I was put straight on live, so I did not have time to prepare anything.
I dont know what todays paper came out like, I was in a bit of a state lol
