Norfolk carers who receive a Personal Budget

Hi All

Norfolk 'Making it Real' is a partnership between Norfolk Community Services and Equal Lives looking at how to make the National 'Think Local Act Personal' work in Norfolk.

They would like to hear from Carers the following questions:

1. What do Carers feel is the most effective way to communicate with Carers?

2. Is there anything that Carers feel could be done more effectively/efficiently/differently to ensure that the cared for gets the individual support they require.
