fed up of cancelled and rearranged appointments
Posted: 09 Jul 2014, 00:06recently I have made appointments with various depts only to have them ring up on the day before to cancel and want to rearrange the appointment due to this and that excuses. its not easy for 24/7 carers to attend appointments without forward arrangement and planning.
