I found that really intersting how at the beginning of the artical they were all for it by the end of it admitted giving it up due to ill health.
I can see some employers making this compulsory to get more hours out of you. We had to agree to back to back shifts and not following EU laws of 11 hours between shifts where I worked once.
As carers lack of sleep comes with the territory no wonder most carers have illnesses bought on by caring.
The bit about this being taught by sleep coaches seems diabolical!
