Charity "Posh" Car Boot Sale
Posted: 16 May 2014, 12:31The charity organisation, Worcestershire Ambassadors, is holding an up-market car boot sale at Hagley Hall on Sunday, June 22nd.
As well as up to 80 stalls there will be a whole range of other attractions. These include a pig roast, champagne and Pimms tent, a real ale pavilion, vintage teas, a cake stall. sweet shop and a bouncy castle.
One of the organisers, Judy Owen, said: "The last time we did something like this we raised £22,500 for local charities and we want to match or even beat that this time.
"We are looking for a stock of good quality clothes, smart household items, books, antiques and bric-a-brac. Things that are cluttering up the attic or a cupboard."
The cost for a car boot is £50 and £100 for vans. Admission will be £5 per car or £2 for pedestrians. The event will run from 1p.m. to 5p.m.
