My granddaughter is a student nurse,Rebecca  as just finished her first placement,and Rebecca didn't have a good mentor,things have changed in the last twenty years,when my daughter Janet,was a student nurse she had the same problems with mentor.
These nurses forget they were once student nurses,they should give the students all the help and support they need

You would think they would be flattered to be asked to mentor the next generation and do all they could for them.
