I wish they would make their minds up!!

I have tried them all after being swayed by the media over the years as was my mum when she changed my dad's life and threw out his favoured butter for flora!!!

I never did go on to margarine, it tastes vile & has loads of chemicals in it.

If we took notice of all these things we would never eat or drink anything, I use what I like regardless of any so called health benefits either way.

I agree  mo one time they say something bad then they do more research and find its good for you  I eat  whether good or bad but marg is out for me I have always preferred butter  and if the cat wont eat marg only butter that must say something  lol coffeex
