It's a tough line.

I see a lot of people with dnar certificates. It's always a worry as if they have an unrelated illness they still want to be let go but you have to treat them. Thankfully I haven't had an issue with this but it us always at the back of my mind when I see patients. I worry them and their families won't want them treated. Luckily paramedics aren't far behind so they will take over and deal with the situation!
