I'm so glad that Mark and I have been able to talk about and put in place his wishes. Although we sometimes struggle with filling his care hours at least he has a secured funding so that he can stay at home. As you all know my own health is deteriating so being able to have Mark cared for at home with me overseeing that it is done properly works for us. It has also meant that his hospital admissions are shortened as much as possible to prevent secondary problems arising due to to hospital infections.
