30 minutes for me would be spent in the garden or my greenhouse, it was the only thing that helped me maintain my sanity while caring.

How would you spend your 30 minutes to unwind?

At times of stress I think the 30 minutes is best spent meditating or sitting quietly, but I now enjoy sitting in my garden.
