An eBay trader in Lancashire has been cautioned by police after selling fur coats made from the skins of tigers, wolves and otters on eBay.
The seller was trading coats made from endangered animals and creatures including wolves and an ocelot - a wild cat also known as dwarf tiger - from their home in Chorley.
Preston Police's Wildlife and Rural Crime Officers said they had recieved a tip-off from a customer on the online auction site and "executed a Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species search warrant in the Chorley area with the UK National Wildlife Crime

The items were seized, searched and examined by police. Selling such goods is not allowed in the UK without a special permit.
As well as cautioning the trader, police said they had "offered advice and support to the person involved to assist in them in running their business lawfully."
Later, officers who were involved in the operation said it is important to "realise this happens locallv, not a distant international issue".
