Free cookery course for men in Norwich

Age UK Norfolk is offering a free cookery course to men over 55 years of age who have never learned to cook and would like to learn.

The cookery course consists of 4 sessions and teaches basic cookery skills and recipes, the focus being dishes that are simple to prepare and don’t cost a fortune.


The course is free and all equipment and ingredients are provided.

I thought this might be of interest to some of men who attend the carers groups you hold. Please could you pass on the following details to members of your groups?

Thursdays 2pm to 4pm

Dates 20 November, 4 December, 11 December and 18 December
