Marinade the steak in the sauce for at least 2 hours then cook under a hot grill, basting with the sauce at frequent intervals. Alternatively, pour off the sauce after marinating, heat separately, and let your guests pour it over themselves.
This packet of ready-made pastry will make enough for four persons or twelve tarts.
If you want to be a cookery teacher, you will have to spend a lot of time cooking yourself.
