Adult Carer research participants needed!

Postby wendy » 14 Apr 2014, 21:11

I am currently working to towards a Masters in Health Psychology at Stirling University, as my final year project I have chosen to evaluate a simple positive psychology exercise for carers.

Caring can be a stressful and burdening experience that leaves a person vulnerable to stress, anxiety and depression. Even where support is available carers often simply do not have time to attend or wait for services to address these needs. I am interested in assessing a short positive psychology exercise for carers that can be used at home with no waiting lists or appointments, in the carers own time.

If you are interested in taking part or would like further information please contact Bruce using bruceirvine@hotmail.com or 07526951592.
