I find it so sad

A lady just contacted me re getting on the internet. She cares for her 90 year old husband who is really poorly with several illnesses. She had written a letter to the local paper and I actually replied to her letter yesterday.
She had never heard of us, and I think it is just so sad that there are thousands of carers out there who would like to get on the internet because they are 24 hour carers, and yet the paid workers have not told them what we do.
C4C was established in 2008 and we have given out hundreds of free laptops, PC's or tablets.
What a struggle it has been reaching the carers.

There will always be a struggle, even when these people are told they don't pass it on to the right people.
