Exercise for the over60s

Even if you are not over 60 this is still worth a go!!
This is the best exercise for seniors and those that soon will be I have come across.
I highly recommend it.
Begin by standing on a comfortable surface where you have plenty of room at each side. With a 5lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try and reach a full minute and then relax. Each day you will find you can hold this position for just a bit longer.
After a couple of weeks move up to 10lb bags. Then try 50lb bags and then eventually try 100lb bags in each hand and hold your arms straight out for a full minute (I am at this level).
After you feel confident with that level put a potato in each bag!!!"
