Our chatroom is available 24 hours a day and night, as is our forum, but Liz will be in the chatroom at 8pm, waiting to listen and have a chat.
Access to the chatroom is through the chatroom button at the top of our forum, but if you have any difficulties then please shout in the shoutbox.
Why not have a try tonight at 8pm, you will receive a warm welcome.
