M - O - T - H - E - R
"M" is for the million things she gave me,
"O" means only that she's growing old,
"T" is for the tears she shed to save me,
"H" is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" means right, and right she'll always be,
Put them all together, they spell
"MOTHER,"
A word that means the world to me.
Howard Johnson (c. 1915)

We had a lovely lunch , paid for by my granddaughter, who also drove us. I had pate, roast pork with roastpotatoes, broccoli, new potatoes, red cabbage and carrots, followed by sticky toffee pud and icecream, coffee and mints & Paula & I shared a bottle of Prosecco. I am absolutely stuffed & in need of a little nap now!!. I count myself f very fortunate!!!
Added bonus was we went to the farmyard next door we saw 2 new lambs being born, fantastic!!!

Happy mothers day to you all,
Had a lovely day and been very spoilt.
At liv's football batch first thing 0-0 and Liv got player of the match with her amazing saves including throwing herself on the ball.
Home for lunch of poached egg on toast with cards and presents.
Feet up and pampered this afternoon.
I am a very blessed mum to have 2 wonderful daughters.
Hope you were all cherished today
