It is one of the bestselling books of all time and next year the Guinness World Records (formally the Guinness Book of Records) will celebrate its 60th anniversary.

It is one of the bestselling books of all time and next year the Guinness World Records (formally the Guinness Book of Records) will celebrate its 60th anniversary. Rebecca Murphy takes a look at the history of the book and the records set close to home.-Since its first publication on August, 27, 1955, the book has sold more than one hundred million copies worldwide and celebrates the brilliance of nature, humans and animals.
