Good afternoon, sorry you did not sleep well Ann.
I met Liz and we went to the free organ concert at Norwich cathedral.
Elgar was the best piece.
I saw the falcon flying about near the spire.
I spoke to a man at the falcon centre and he agreed with me that the two birds I saw several weeks back would have been buzzards. Never seen them before.
He told me the two falcons at the cathedral are the same two from the very beginning.
He also said one young one had been seen in Newcastle last year.
Hope you have a nice afternoon.

Good Morning, it is sunny and windy here. My friend Ann who lives at the coast is coming to see me. I will take her to Linda's coffee shop, she can have something nice to eat and I will just natter.

I'm so sorry for my absence everyone. I have been unwell for the last ten weeks. On Friday I was admitted to the hospital for exploratory surgery. They found abnormal cells throughout my womb , cervix and this explains the bleeding that has been ongoing. I will get biopsy results in next week or so but already know I'm having a full hysterectomy. I'm not coping very well and Mark is struggling. My local carers support has been wonderful- Mandy has given me lots of support and also information sites .

Good afternoon, I was taken out for a special day to celebrate me getting the award.
We went to the ingham Swan in Norfolk.
It was spectacular and then went to sea palling.
Would you believe it people were swimming in the sea.
See you all soon.

Good afternoon, the weather can't make it's mind up, sun one minute the next clouds, they say it is normal for May, hoping for warm sunshine in June.
