Wendy sends her love to us all & she has spoken to Tim, the CEO of Norfolk carers. He has apologised for not being able to participate much on the forum at present, however , he is in the process of employing someone to take on Wendy's role and is determined to make the forum work. Please have a little patience, while the process of change takes place, it will be worth the wait.
