Good morning, we had a lovely sunny start but it is starting to cloud over now & the icy wind is back.
Had sad news this am, my sister-in-law Florence died during the night. It was a blessing really, as she was at the end with her dementia, & we had lost her some time ago,but upsetting nevertheless. Linda , her eldest daughter will be struggling , as her husband was diagnosed with cancer, just this week which had metastesised & too late for treatment. Life can be a bitch sometimes.

Good Morning, it is a lovely sunny day here, off for a walk to the park later. Sorry to hear about your sister in law's death Annie. It will be hard for her daughter, if the husband has been diagnosed with cancer. My thoughts are with you all.

so sorry to read about your sister Annie.
I went to Asda this morning and it was very quiet but I met two different friends who I had not seen for years. It was good to have a chat.
Then came home for a coffee and settled down to do some gardening.
It is a glorious day.
I hope you are pleased with Tims news and will make them welcome.
love to everyone

Good afternoon,
Sorry to read about Tony in hospital again.
I went to the Cathedral this morning, but it was very noisy as they were getting ready for the big celebrations for Easter Sunday.
I have a feeling the flowers will be spectacular.
I had difficulty with walking and my knees kept letting me down, so now I am resting and keeping warm.
It was bitterly cold.
love to everyone

Good Morning, funny day here, the sun cannot decide what to do. Going to the park later, will need to wrap up as it is cold.

It was a lovely sunny morning and I met with Barry and we went for a lovely walk in the woods with scruff.
Then we had Sunday lunch which was great.
It is now black and with thunder.
Raining heavy.

Good afternoon, weather is a let down today, typical bank holiday, my cousin's granddaughter was going to do a skydive today raising money for breast cancer but it got cancelled due to weather, it's been rescheduled for 12th April.

Good Morning All,

Hope you are all indoors and warm.. really gusty and raining here.

I had thought of wrapping up well and having a five minute walk round the block for some fresh air as I stayed in yesterday as well because of the wind, but seeing a pic of a tree blown down in London settled it. I am staying in as far safer - Dad once had a very narrow squeak with a tile sliding off a roof once in the city, missed him by inches - just not worth the risk.

Instead I shall get on with my knitting, I am doing a baby dress for a friend whose niece is expecting, all in pink and white, I might even get the knitting finished today if I really get whizzing with the needles!

Thinking of you all

Love n Hugs to each of you,

Liz xxx

Good afternoon, what a horrid day it is, raining and high winds all morning, stopped raining now and drying out, to late in the day to do anything.

What a horrid wet day.
My friends called this morning and picked me up for a coffee then we went out to the garden centre for lunch.
The weather was terrible.
Came home and had a rest then another friend called round. So I have had a lovely Easter and much better than what I can expected.
Now the sun has come out.
Love to all
