Good afternoon, it's been a lovely sunny day but bitterly cold, my back is a bit easier today thank goodness, can still feel it and pain manageable today.

I think this cold weather is taking it's toll on our joints Annie, oh for some hot summer sunshine.

Good Afternoon, it is dry here but cold and grey. Have been out for a walk and bought some stamps for my Easter cards. Met a couple of friends while out, which was nice. I am watching the news with my feet up now.

good morning,
I have been to Sheringham and had a coffee in our favourite shop overlooking the sea.
It was bitterly cold outside and I was wrapped up like it was winter.

Sheringham was heaving with people.
love to everyone

Good afternoon, just got back form our Sing for Water rehearsal, we sang solidly - apart from lunch - from 1/4 to 10 to 1/4 to 4, we learned 4 of the new songs, 2 of them in Zulu. There were 50 of us altogether, it sounded awesome. I am shattered now & a little hoarse.
I am going to cry off church choir tomorrow, I don't think my voice can take it. I am going to the chocolate festival tomorrow afternoon , at Ramsbottom, with all the family
Hope you've had a good day

Evening all. Such a lovely day today. Went to town with my friend. We hadn't seen each other for a few weeks so it was lovely to catch up. Liv is feeling a bit more positive with everything. Her counselling is going well. Lee has broken his radius head . He is in a lot of pain but managing well. There is no cast on it. Seeing the fracture clinic in three weeks.

The gardens at Blickling were beautiful today. Everywhere was a mass of daffodils.
I also saw a baby hedgehog which is not a good sign because it was out in the daytime, so must be poorly.
I wished I could have took it back with me to the Hall.
There is still a cold chill but it was bright.
love to all

good afternoon Rosalind and Annie and everyone,
Hope your day has been a good one.
I took the day off and went to Walsingham.
I said a prayer for everyone in Chill and thanked you all.
I hope soon to be told what next to do, because it has been a long time and I am going to miss you so terribly.

Good morning, another grey day.
One of my switches blew in the kitchen yesterday & tripped all the power points, once I unplugged, & flipped the fuse back on , all was restored, but it means I cannot use the socket , so a trip to B&Q for a new one. I'll ask Colin our carer to fit it for us this afternoon, if not, my son said he would come round. I am hoping Colin can do it though ,as Warren struggles with things that are so fiddly due to the numbness in his hands.
I have some shopping to do & then choir this afternoon.
Hope you have a good day
