take care Rosalind.

I went to the city today and got wet through. Maureen and Derek delivered a PC to a carer today who was most grateful.
Times like that makes all the hard work worthwhile.
My grandson did not get into the high school he wanted, and his two best friends have. What do you do about it?
Well off now to have some hot soup.
I will miss sharing my news with you.

Wow snow.
I can believe it as it is bitterly cold.
I am getting over the disappointment today.

Good morning, it is grey and cold, Couldn't believe it yesterday . after snowing hard for 2 hours , it suddenly stopped, the sun came out *& it all melted away , then we had torrential rain. Weird weather!!
I got my insoles made - 2 lots - . one for my flats and boots and one for court shoes. He is very good. I was olkeased with the ones he did for my walking boots last week. They really do work too, my feet no longer roll inwards, but they feel a bit strange at first as our feet are aligned differently
Have choir this afternoon
Hope you have a god day~Love anniexx

Someone from another carers charity in Norfolk, phoned today to ask for a laptop, and at the same time congrate us on our new website. It was the first time he had ever seen our front page.
It has been going since 2005 and it will soon be changing.
You can see why it has been a struggle.
love to everyone

Good Morning, it is sunny but cold here. Had very strong winds last night, only lasted an hour but has done some damage. My neighbour came round to say her arbour had blown over onto the fence and was now lying in our garden. Her husband Will sort it out when he comes home from work.

Evening all,

Sorry I haven't been around. Been having a tough time with alivia. She s struggling a lot at the moment with anxiety etc. I have missed you all.

We had a little flurry of snow today but nothing settled here.

Sorry max didn't get not his chosen school. With not having to live in catchment area it makes it very hard.

Hope everyone is ticking along

Good afternoon, it's a wet and cold day here, we've been up the church to take flowers and I have spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning the kitchen units etc in prep for decorating, hopefully get started next week.

Happy Mothers Day everyone

Good morning, it is snowing hard again here.
Yes, Wendy I did go down the canal yesterday. We have 2 10 month old cygnets hanging around now One has been coming and going a few times over the last couple of months, then came and stayed last week. Within a couple of days another one had joined him. Hope they are a pair and hang around. Haven't seen Gladys for a long time now, she must have gone to pastures new to seek out a new mate.

Hope to get to church, no other plans as yet.

Morning all,

Happy mothers day.

Glad you enjoyed your ball Annie. The canal is lovely this time of year with little nests appearing and the trees budding.

I am having a lovely day. Liv and Lee have booked a table at Pizza Hut for lunch so I am being spoiled.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day

Good morning, it is frosty, but the sun is shining out of a clear blue sky - most welcome

I am off to see the OT later about aids to help me with my dodgy right hand. Although I am not needing them at present as my hand is still painfree following the steroid injection, I am fully aware that anytime soon, the pain will return and when I have the surgery, I will be incapacitated for around 9 months, so hopefully by then I will have everything in place to help me cope.

My granddaughter Rebecca treated me to a lovely meal out last night at the Hapton Inn. It was great to spend time with her. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, I had beef stroganoff, followed by icecream and 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio .

Hope you have a good day

Good Morning, after a heavy frost we have lovely sunshine but it is cold. Waiting for Emma my hairdresser to come, she is coming on her day off to cut my hair. I have not had my hair cut for 9 weeks. So pleased Emma has kindly offered to come.
