I went to the shops to buy a paper today and have been really lazy.
Wrap up warm, it is going to get much colder.

Good Afternoon, have been for a little walk in the sunshine with my friend Tom. It was cold but lovely to feel the breeze on my face. I was out 10 minutes, will go out every day for a walk and when I feel up to it, go a little further.

It has been a bright day but chilly.
Does anyone watch ideal world or qvc to relax?
I find them ever so calming.

I don't like anything like qvc, I only watch TV in the evenings if there's anything worth looking at.

Good morning, it is a beautiful day.
I have been ill with diarrhoea and vomiting, started sunday evening. It has now stopped but I feel really weak and dizzy.

My daughter-in-law came round this early this am , she was distraught, she let their young cat Leo out at 7am & then a neighbour called round & said she had found him covered in blood. Sadly he died. They don't know what happened, they live on a quiet side street. He was only 9 months old

I am going to try a boiled egg & toast shortly, haven't eaten since sunday

I have cancelled my appt this afternoon, I am not up to driving

Hope you have a good day LOve Anniexx

Good afternoon, hope you feel better soon Annie, so to hear about the little cat.

Sunny and dry here, have put washing out on the line, thinking of soon starting decorating my kitchen, have all the stuff ready for when the mood takes me.

Good Afternoon, sorry to hear you have been poorly Annie, so sad about the cat. Have been out for a walk in the sunshine, it was cold but nice to be out. Tired now so back in bed, I managed to walk a little further. Will do this walk for the rest of the week and try a little further next week.

I have spent most the day in bed as my cold has gone to my chest and I couldn't sleep last night. I have let Dudley out to explore his new neighbourhood but it scares me that we are right on a road.

It is a glorious morning with blue sky and sunshine, but it is -2. We had snow showers yesterday but it didn't stick thank goodness

I am now eating normally, although still a bit below par, it is good to be progressing. I have some shopping to do, need to go to the library and will try a walk later. No choir today
Hope you have a good day

Good morning, it is grey and cold.
I have no plans for today, apart from a pile of ironing to do.
I had a bad night, was up at 1am having a brew and then had a nightmare.
Got my custom-made insoles yesterday for my walking boots & he said if I take a selection of my shoes in, he will make me another pair to interchange between them all.
Hope you have a good day

It's dry and sunny today so I might get a bit of gardening done this afternoon if it's not to cold.
