I've been on the site and looked up my grandparents and great grandparent, I now know where they lived and what they did for a living, also their exact date of birth.

you have to buy credits to view information

I couldn't find my mum & dad at first, kept re-entering the data & nothing & after a while I realized I had put their dates of birth in as 2012 & 2015!!! Duh!!!!

If a relative was born after 1915 their information will be closed unless you can provide copy of death certificate by email to findmypast and they will unlock it, I've got to do that to see my mum's as she was born 1919.
